Blinking Owl Straight Rye is a Californian rye whiskey in a 750ml bottle. Its mash is made from organic California rye, wheat and malted barley.
After distilling, the whiskey is aged for a minimum of two years in new American charred white oak casks in the Southern California climate. It is said to drink as a more mature whiskey than its age suggests.
Tasting notes describe spicy grain, caramel and baking spices, with a complex, bold palate.
