Bodega Oloron Atrevido Chardonnay

A Chardonnay with a bright, straw-like appearance. The nose shows white-fleshed fruit and citrus, with a light hint of white flowers; the aromatic picture stays balanced and clean. The palate has medium body, present freshness and lightly marked tannins, supporting a linear, pleasant structure with fruity returns and moderate persistence. It pairs naturally with light fish, shellfish, white meats, fresh cheeses, vegetable dishes and delicate soups. Serve fresh but not too cold, in medium-sized glasses. It suits informal, convivial drinking or as an aperitif wine.
