A white wine from Bodega Oloron made from Callet and Viognier. It is pale straw yellow with bright reflections. The nose shows white flowers, ripe peach, citrus and a delicate minerality. On the palate it has medium body, balanced acidity and a soft texture, with a clean, discreet finish. Serve cool, around 10-12 °C, with light fish dishes, shellfish, grilled vegetables and fresh cheeses.
