Franciacorta Rosè Pas Dosè Millesimato DOCG from Bokè Noir, offered by Villa, is made in Franciacorta from selected Pinot Nero grapes, vinified as a rosé with brief skin maceration. No dosage liqueur is added at disgorgement, giving a pure, sincere wine. The nose shows small red fruits such as strawberries and currants, with light notes of bread crust and almond from long ageing on the lees. On the palate it is fresh, elegant and persistent, with a clean, surprisingly long finish and a pleasant acidic vein. It suits fish dishes and aperitifs, and is best served at 6-8 degrees Celsius.
