A Franciacorta Extra Brut Millesimato from Villa, made from Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grown in the heart of Franciacorta. Prolonged ageing on the lees gives a fine, persistent mousse and aromatic complexity with crusty bread, toasted almonds and small white fruits. It is bright straw yellow with fine, vibrant perlage. On the palate, sapidity and structure blend harmoniously, with a long, pleasantly dry finish. It suits fish starters, shellfish and refined dishes.
