A Bolgheri DOC from Dievole, made in the sunny lands of Bolgheri. It is a typical blend of the denomination, mainly Cabernet Sauvignon with Merlot or other Bordeaux varieties. Ageing in oak barrels adds complexity and softness. The nose has intense aromas of ripe red fruits, spicy notes, balsamic hints, tobacco and vanilla. On the palate it is full-bodied and harmonious, with well-integrated tannins and a lingering finish. It pairs well with grilled red meats, braised meats and aged cheeses.
