Grappa 903 is a clear grappa from Bonaventura Maschio in Veneto, made by distilling a balance of different pomaces in special copper stills. It was created as a tribute to Bonaventura Maschio, who was born in 1903, and it follows his method. It is bottled at 45% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is intense, with floral and fruity notes in which apple stands out alongside aromatic herbs. The palate is full and complex. It suits sipping slowly after a meal.
