Bond Seven Australian Blended Whisky (70cl, 37%)

Bond Seven is an Australian blended whisky bottled at 37% in a 70cl bottle. Its name refers to the Bottled in Bond regulations, under which spirit is aged and bottled to a set standard, and to the seventh warehouse where it was first made and bottled. The nose is light, sweet and slightly grainy, with roast malt and some charred wood. The palate is full-bodied, with smoky malt, honey and spice. The finish is long, with soft vanilla, a hint of peat and caramel, and a lingering malty smokiness.
