Bond Seven Australian Blended Whisky (70cl, 37%)

Bond Seven is an Australian blended whisky, bottled at 37% in a 700ml bottle. The name refers to Bottled in Bond, a set of regulations covering how spirits are aged and bottled, and to the seventh warehouse where the whisky was first made and bottled. The nose is light and sweet with a slightly grainy character, roast malt and a little charred wood. The palate is full bodied, with smoky malt, honey and spice. The finish is long, with soft vanilla, a hint of peat and caramel, and a lingering malty smokiness.
