Booker's Batch 2025-04, named 'Phantom Pipes Batch', is a Kentucky straight bourbon in a 750ml bottle, bottled at 63.2% ABV. The Booker's name honours Booker Noe, grandson of Jim Beam.
In the glass it shows a deep amber colour.
The nose is toasted oak with gentle vanilla and rich caramel. On the palate it is full-bodied and velvety, with layers of spice, dark chocolate and a little smoke, leading to a warm, lingering finish.
