Booker's Bourbon 2023-03 'Mighty Fine Batch'

Booker's 2023-03 'Mighty Fine Batch' is a bourbon assembled from barrels of seven production dates, matured in six different warehouses. More than half of it, 55%, came from the fifth floor of a seven-storey warehouse, while the rest was drawn from a range of floors and buildings. The bourbon spent over seven years in white oak barrels. The nose is sweet with vanilla and brown sugar. The palate is full bodied and opens up with a splash of water, leading to a finish described as a 'Kentucky Hug'.
