This is the 2026-01 batch of Booker's Bourbon, named the Big Easy Batch in honour of New Orleans. It is a Kentucky bourbon aged between six and eight years, bottled uncut and unfiltered at barrel strength, 129.1 proof (64.55% ABV), and sold in Booker's wooden box.
The nose offers vanilla, caramel, toasted oak and roasted peanuts with a little spice. The palate is full-bodied, with brown sugar, baking spices, dark chocolate and smoky oak. The finish is long and warming, with pepper, oak char and sweet vanilla.
