Booker's Small Batch Bourbon (75cl, 63%)

Booker's is a small batch bourbon in a 75cl bottle, bottled uncut at its natural proof of 63.05%. Booker Noe, grandson of Jim Beam and a 6th generation master distiller, first made it as a Christmas gift for close friends and family, drawing on a family tradition he described as 200 years old. He used barrels from the centre cut of the rackhouse and bottled the bourbon straight from the barrel. Master Distiller Fred Noe now tastes and selects each batch personally, so that it matches Booker's own preference for a robust, full-bodied whiskey.
