The distillery was established in 2014 on the site of the original Boone County Distillery, which operated before Prohibition. The nose offers caramel, vanilla, toasted oak and warm baking spice. The palate is rich and smooth, with brown sugar, dried fruit and oak spice. The finish is long and warming, with a spice-forward close.
