A white Burgundy from Domaine Humbert Frères, made from Chardonnay grown near Gevrey-Chambertin and in Hautes-Côtes de Nuits.
The wine is aged for 12 months, with new oak limited to 30% in some vintages and up to 100% in others, then bottled after natural racking without filtration.
It has a golden colour and a delicate, pure aroma of wild flowers, ripe exotic fruit and a little vanilla. The palate is crisp and structured, with good fruit concentration and a long, charming finish.
