This is a ten-year-old Islay single malt from Bowmore, bottled at 40% in a one-litre bottle. It was made in collaboration with the car maker Aston Martin.
The whisky was matured in Spanish oak sherry casks and hogsheads.
The nose is soft, with smoke, iodine, dried fruit, honey and a hint of wood. The palate is round, with gentle smokiness, fruit and chocolate. The finish is fine, with hints of plums and ashes.
