A single malt from Bowmore Distillery on the Isle of Islay, distilled on the 23rd of February 2015 and aged for 11 years in a single bourbon barrel. Little Brown Dog Spirits bottled it at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring.
The barrel gave a lovely texture, with notes of peaches and delicate peat. The finish is reminiscent of roast chicken-flavoured crisps.
