Bowmore – 12

Bowmore 12 is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Bowmore distillery on Islay, aged for 12 years. It is a smoky malt, and smoke runs through both the nose and the palate. Typically, the nose is described as pairing smokiness with honey and notes of lemon. The palate brings peat smoke and dark chocolate, and the finish is long and lasting.
