Bowmore 15 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky from Islay, in a 70cl bottle. It was aged first in bourbon barrels, then spent its final three years in oloroso sherry casks.
The nose has rich raisins and soft, earthy smoke. On the palate, dark chocolate and spice sit beneath a sherried richness, and the finish is long and smooth, with lingering dried fruit and cocoa.
