Bowmore 15 Year Old is an Islay single malt in a 70cl bottle. It spent nearly 14 years in ex-bourbon casks, then a final year in ex-oloroso sherry casks.
That last year of maturation adds notes of dark chocolate and dried fruit. These sit alongside the smoky peat that is characteristic of the distillery's whiskies.
