Bowmore 15 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in American bourbon barrels, then finished for three years in Oloroso sherry butts.
The nose is dark and punchy, with sherry, juicy Corinth raisins, spices, creamy mochaccino and sweet dates. The palate is rich and syrupy, with woody pine oil, creamy toffee, malt and smoke. The finish is spicy, with toffee, sherry and barley.
