Bowmore 15 Year Old is a single malt from the Bowmore distillery on the coast of Islay, in a 70cl bottle. It is matured for 15 years in a combination of European oak Oloroso sherry casks and American oak ex-bourbon casks.
The nose brings tropical fruit, roasted nuts and gentle peat smoke. On the palate there are hints of menthol, grapefruit and blackberries, with a touch of petrichor. It finishes with rich sweetness and gentle spice.
