Bowmore – 1992 30 Year Old Dalswinton Series Second Edition

A 30 year old Bowmore from the Claxton's Dalswinton Series, Second Edition, which follows the First Edition of winter 2021/22. The whisky was distilled on 17 September 1992, matured in an Oloroso sherry cask and bottled in autumn 2024. Each bottle is engraved by hand with a story from the Dalswinton Estate by the artist Jamie Stryker, and comes in a wooden frame. The nose offers barbecue smoke and sweet peat, with a coastal note like boiled seaweed. On the palate come tropical fruit and more peat, wrapped in sugary sweetness and gentle oak. The finish brings a soft menthol touch and lingering smoke.
