A 25 year old Bowmore from a single cask, bottled at cask strength by Signatory Vintage. It is part of the first release in the Symington's Choice series, which Andrew Symington, founder of Signatory Vintage, built around casks from the company's Pitlochry warehouse. The whisky was distilled on 23 September 1997 and bottled on 9 February 2023. It matured in a first-fill Oloroso sherry butt, and the cask gave 616 bottles.
