Bowmore 25 Year Old 1997 is a single cask Islay malt from the Rare Find series, bottled independently by Gleann Mór Spirits Co. and selected by Greg Urquhart. It was distilled in 1997 and bottled in 2023.
After 25 years of maturation it was finished in a second-fill sherry hogshead, which added rich fruit and gentle spice.
It is bottled at its natural cask strength of 53.1% ABV, with natural colour and no chill filtration. The outturn is 285 bottles.
