This is the 2020 annual release of Bowmore 30 Year Old, a single malt distilled in 1989 and bottled at a cask strength of 45.3%.
It was matured in sherry hogsheads and bourbon barrels, and only 2580 bottles were released. The design draws on the markings of driftwood and the polish of sea glass, reflecting the whisky's link with Islay and the land around the distillery.
The house style is described as rich and fruity with a subtle smokiness.
