Bowmore – Aston Martin Masters' Selection 21 Year Old - Edition 1 is a single malt whisky from Bowmore (Islay). Aged 21 years, bottled at 51.8% ABV, 70cl. Matured in first-fill oloroso & PX sherry casks. This 2021 Master's Selection edition was bottled in collaboration with high-end British car manufacturer Aston Martin. It has been matured in a combination of oloroso and first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry casks and bottled as a collaboration between Ron Welsh, Master Blender at Bowmore and Marek Reichman, Chief Creative Officer at Aston Martin. The oldest operational distillery on the isle of Islay, built in 1779. Today it is part of the Suntory Group, having been acquired by the Japanese company in 1994. Under their ownership is has been nurtured into one of the most collectable names in Scotch whisky.
