Bowmore Legend Princess is a Millennium Edition single malt whisky from the Bowmore distillery. Its colour is straw. The nose has peat and burnt wood, and it is quite smoky, with a few unexpected hints of soy sauce. On the palate it is balanced, fruity and peaty, with pleasant smoke and a note of bitter chocolate running through it.
