Bowmore Timeless is a 29 year old single malt from Islay, in a 70cl bottle. The whisky was matured in a mix of sherry-seasoned European oak and ex-bourbon American oak barrels, filled in 1991 and 1992.
The nose brings stewed dark fruits, rich cocoa and sweet, aged sherry. On the palate, layers of dark fruit and sherry lead to a full mouthfeel with lingering sweet peat. The finish is long, combining richness with a subtle maritime smoke.
