Bowmore – Vault Edition N° 1 Second Release (50.1%)

Bowmore Vault Edition N° 1 Second Release is a peated Islay single malt, the second in the Vault Edition series. It was made from hand-selected casks and matured in Bowmore's No.1 Vaults, and it is bottled at 50.1%. Smoke runs through it, with peat embers, burnt wood and old leather alongside toffee, sweet fruit and a hint of mint. The nose adds thyme and rosemary, while the palate brings sweet sherry, sticky fruit and a barbecue smokehouse note. The finish is sweet and creamy with a light mineral edge.
