Benleioc Tourbé Intense is a French single malt from Distillerie Bows, an Occitan house. It comes from a single cask and is not blended, so the bottling reflects that one cask.
The nose shows malted cereal, ripe fruit and caramel, with deeper woody notes and a light spice emerging with air. The palate is generous and balanced, with malt, candied fruit and vanilla alongside delicate cask tannins. The finish is woody, toasted and lightly spiced, warm and lingering.
