Boyd & Blair Silver Rum (75cl, 40%)

A handcrafted American white rum from Pennsylvania Pure Distilleries in Glenshaw, Pennsylvania. It is made from premium baking molasses sourced from Pennsylvania, thinned with warm water before fermentation, then fermented for approximately 21 to 28 days in open-air tanks and double distilled in copper pot stills. The unaged spirit is bottled at 40% ABV. The nose offers vanilla, butterscotch, light molasses sweetness and hints of tropical fruit. The palate is smooth and lightly sweet with vanilla bean, caramelized sugar, soft citrus and subtle tropical notes, leading to a clean, balanced finish with lingering sweetness and gentle molasses warmth.
