This is a 21-year-old Braeval, an independent single malt from Speyside bottled by Signatory Vintage in its Cask Strength Collection. It was distilled on 16 February 2000 and bottled on 18 February 2021 at 60.3%, in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky matured in a refill butt, and 591 bottles were filled.
Most of Braeval's spirit goes into blends, so single malt bottlings of it are uncommon. The distillery is known for a lighter style with fruity and floral character.
