Breaker Bourbon Whiskey

Breaker Bourbon is a high rye bourbon made from corn, rye and malted barley. It is the flagship bourbon from Ascendant Spirits. Each small batch is blended from just eight barrels chosen by hand, and the whiskey has been aged for at least five years. It is described as having notes of vanilla, honey, molasses, dark chocolate, baking spices and oak campfire smoke.
