Brenne French Single Malt Whisky (40%)

Brenne French Single Malt is made from organic malted barley grown in Cognac, double distilled in a Charente copper still and bottled at 40%. Each bottle comes from a single cask. The whisky matures first in new Limousin oak, then in Cognac casks. Allison Parc launched it in 2012 together with a third-generation Cognac distiller. Tasting notes mention vanilla blossom, pear drops and dried mango on the nose. The palate brings cherry wood, liquorice, more vanilla, a touch of cinnamon and Nutella, and the finish has chocolate raisins, pineapple and coconut glacé.
