This is a 21-year-old blended whisky from The Whisky Cellar, made by combining carefully selected malt and grain whiskies. It comes in a 70cl bottle at 42.2% ABV. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring, so the whisky keeps its natural character. On the nose there are soft fruit notes with restrained grain and a fine spiciness. The palate is full-bodied, balancing sweet malt with mild vanilla, and the finish is long and soft, with a touch of oak and spice.
