Brother's Bond Straight Bourbon (75cl, 40%)

Brother's Bond is an Indiana straight bourbon created in collaboration between the actors Ian Somerhalder and Paul Wesley. It is a 4-year-old whiskey, bottled at 40% in a 75cl-style 750ml bottle. The mash bill is 65% corn and 22% rye, with undisclosed amounts of wheat and malted barley making up the rest. The nose is of candy corn and butterscotch sweets, with a hint of orange ice lolly. The palate is light-bodied, with vanilla pudding, a little honey, gentle spice and boiled peanuts. The finish stays light and sweet.
