Bruichladdich Re/Define 18 Year Old is an unpeated single malt from Islay, bottled at 50% ABV. It was matured exclusively on Islay, mainly in ex-bourbon casks with a small number of wine casks.
It is full bodied and fragrant, and is described as the epitome of Bruichladdich's unpeated house style.
On the nose, honey, butterscotch and citrus orange lead. The palate brings a range of tropical fruits and toasted, mellow oak that lingers.
