Buffalo Trace – Kentucky Straight Bourbon (70cl)

Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon is distilled in Frankfort, Kentucky. It is made from a low-rye mash bill and aged in new charred American oak, using Kentucky and Indiana grains and limestone-rich water. The distillery stands on old buffalo migration paths, the traces that give the bottle its name, and has been a National Historic Landmark since 2013. Toffee, vanilla and a touch of mint open the nose. The palate is smooth and rounded, with caramel, custard and warm cinnamon spice. The finish is gentle, with brown sugar, orange peel and toasted oak.
