Bulleit 10 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 45.6%)

Bulleit 10 Year Old is a Kentucky straight bourbon, described as Tom Bulleit's selected reserve. Select Bulleit Bourbon barrels were set aside to mature for 10 years in charred American white oak, and the mashbill is 68% corn, 28% rye and 4% malted barley. It is bottled at 45.6% in a 750ml bottle. The colour is deep russet, with oaky aromas. The nose is earthy and leathery, with spice and citrus. On the palate, spicy cedarwood and cigar box come draped in toffee, with chocolate, vanilla cream, clove and orange, and the finish is warming and balanced.
