Bulleit is a high-rye bourbon, which gives it a bold, spicy character balanced by vanilla, oak and hints of dried fruit.
The nose offers maple, oak and nutmeg. On the palate there is bold spice, toasted oak, vanilla and toffee, followed by a long, dry finish with a clean, satiny feel.
