Bulleit Bourbon is a high-rye Kentucky straight bourbon, bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof) in a 75cl bottle. The high-rye mash bill pushes oaky, smoky and spicy notes to the front.
The nose is oaky and smoky with rye spice. On the palate it is dry and clean, with mellow rye spice, vanilla and honey rather than heat in the throat, and the finish is long and smoky.
