Bulleit Bourbon is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV) in a 70cl bottle.
Its mash bill is 68% corn, 28% rye and 4% malted barley, a high-rye recipe that gives it a bold, spicy character. It can be sipped neat or used in cocktails such as an Old Fashioned.
The flavour brings maple, oak and nutmeg, with a clean, dry, satiny finish.
