Burnside 1999 is an 18 year old single cask bottling from Adelphi, drawn from cask 2141 and bottled at 59.1%. It was distilled in 1999. The whisky was matured in sherry casks taken from well-known solera systems in Jerez. Adelphi's Alex Bruce never adds colour, so it shows the natural colour of the casks. It is described as a soft, elegant whisky with finesse.
