Burnt Church Anita's Choice is a small-batch bourbon from Burnt Church Distillery in the South Carolina Lowcountry, bottled at 48.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It is inspired by Anita Pollitzer and distilled from six grains: corn, rye, wheat, barley, oats and triticale.
Warm caramel and toasted oak lead on the nose. The palate adds honeyed grain, baking spice, roasted nuts and a touch of dried fruit, and the finish lingers with vanilla, gentle spice and soft sweetness.
