Burnt Church – Palmer's Stretch Rye Whiskey (75cl, 48.5%)

Burnt Church Palmer's Stretch Rye Whiskey is an American rye distilled in Bluffton, South Carolina, in a 750ml bottle. It takes its name from Palmer's Stretch, a local road linked to the entrepreneur George Bell Palmer and to the Thanksgiving horse races that once brought the community together. The mash bill is rye-forward. The nose shows baking spice, toasted oak and caramel with a little citrus and pepper. On the palate, rye grain brings vanilla, cinnamon and gentle smoke, and the finish is smooth with lingering spice.
