Burnt Ends Blended Whisky (50cl, 40%)

Burnt Ends Blended Whisky is a blend of Scotch whiskies, bottled at 40% in a 50cl bottle. It was created in collaboration with the Burnt Ends restaurant in Singapore and takes its name from the burnt ends of smoked brisket. The whisky is matured in oak casks and blended to balance sweetness with smoke, echoing wood-fired cooking. The nose offers sweet smoke and charred oak, then vanilla, caramel and roasted nuts. The palate is smooth and full-bodied, with honey, toasted malt and gentle spice. The finish is long and smoky, with toffee, char and a little sweetness.
