This is a 10 year old single malt Irish whiskey from Bushmills, part of its Private Reserve range and finished in Burgundy casks.
It is matured in two stages: first in Bourbon and Sherry casks, then moved into Burgundy casks for the finish. The whiskey is triple distilled and non-chill-filtered.
The Burgundy casks are said to bring notes of red fruits and a velvety finish.
