Bushmills 10 Year Old Private Reserve Moscatel Casks is a single malt Irish whiskey from the Private Reserve Collection, a series of small batch malts with hand selected cask finishes. It is bottled at 48.5% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
The whiskey is first matured in bourbon barrels and oloroso sherry casks, then finished in Portuguese Moscatel casks.
The nose is gently floral, with caramelised sugar and orange blossom. The palate offers vanilla, mandarin orange, peach and apricot, and the finish is sweet and fruity, slightly dry and long.
