Bushmills 10 Year Old is the distillery's standard single malt, made from triple distilled malt and aged in both bourbon and sherry casks. It is bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
The sherry influence is very subtle, and the character comes mainly from good bourbon cask maturation. The overall taste is light and delicate, with a creamy but light mouthfeel, crisp barley, warm vanilla and gentle pepper and spice.
